Dell has officially has earned an entry on my shit list. These assholes have seriously lost my business, respect and trust. Long story short: Dell sucks ass! It's that simple... they suck!

13 months ago I purchased a Dell Inspiron E1505 notebook computer. It's a wonderful system, really have had no problems with it other than the fact that I wear the keypad and touch pad out every other month...

When I purchased the notebook computer, I also purchased an on site warranty. However, this warranty is absolutely useless unless you are prepared to dedicated over 8 hours of time to spend speaking with representatives from third world counties who barely speak English.

I remember just six months ago, it was a crap shoot and sometimes I would get an American call center and others times I would not. However; today, the hopes of speaking to someone from an American call center no longer exists. Instead, I get connected with people who seriously barely speak English and who have absolutely ZERO knowledge of computers. It's completely frustrating!

So, in my humble opinion... Dell, sucks ass, and they can suck mine. :)

What about DHL? Why do they suck ass?

Well.. after investing all the time I did into getting my replacement notebook computer shipped out to me, DHL took it upon themselves to lose my notebook during shipping. Tracking my package leads to it hanging in Nashville TN for over 8 days. I contacted DHL today to ask why my package remains in Nashville and not on the truck for delivery to Clarksville, and I was explained that my package has gone missing.

LOL!!!

How do you misplace a fucking laptop from Dell? That is just stupid! Their response was standard, "we are not able to produce an answer for you at this time"

LOL!!!

What a joke... the truth of the matter is probably a DHL employee stole my computer because they knew that they could get away with it.

So, DHL officially gets an entry into my shit list and in my humble opinion, DHL sucks ass, and I'll never use them as my carrier to transport anything of value.

Anyway... that is my rant, if you read this, I totally would advice AGAINST buying from Dell and I would totally advice against using DHL. They both suck ass. :)

I'll keep the world posted on when and IF I ever do get a replacement computer from Dell.
