Wouldn't if figure, for over two months I've smelled gass in my house but everyone teels me that's not what it is. We get a relative that comes to visit and their first response is you have a gas leak. I reply I thought so and their response is why haven't I done anything.

Me? I told everyone, everyone thought I was wrong. Apparently smokers can't smell a gas leak or something to that nature. The husband wondered why our gas bill was so high. Umm, now we all know.

So what happens, I call the landlord he calls the gas company and he must come fix things. He comes and goes down into the bottom of the house to fix it. Comes back up says he has turned off the heat and I must wait until morning for the gas company to approve. Fine! Whatever, it's life right? I can go a day without a shower. Can I? Gross!

Gas company comes out, inspects, isn't happy and lets me know two things he must do to fix it. They explain they do not turn it back on, he must do that. I call him once again. He says he'll come over at night (8 p.m.), I get a call around 7 p.m. (I'm counting down until that shower), he can't come over. Wants to know if we can do it.

Hubby tried, it didn't work, probably why he didn't come out.

Long story short, still no gas. Don't even ask me about a shower.
